Jonathan David Bellion was born on December 26th, 1990, in Lake Grove New York. He is better known as simply Jon Bellion throughout the music industry. Bellion started in the industry primarily as an songwriter occasionally releasing his own mixtapes. In 2012 Bellion wrote the chorus to the Grammy Award winning song “The Monster" by Eminem featuring Rihanna. He also co-wrote and produced "Trumpets" by Jason Derulo that same year. In February of 2013 Bellion released his second mixtape Translation Through Speakers and his third The Separation in December of that same year. A year later he released The Definition in September and went on his first national tour in October. Up until then he had been writing and producing his projects on his own. Then came The Human Condition, his first studio album which was released through Capital Records in June of 2016. Glory Sound Prep is Bellion’s most recent album which was released in November of 2018. Since Glory Sound Prep Bellion has been featured on a few singles and released one of his own in September of 2021.
